How a Transaction Works
- Buyer enquiry: product, spec, quantity, delivery port, Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP), laycan.
- KYC / KYB on both sides: corporate documents, beneficial owners, bank reference.
- Sanctions and AML screening of companies, owners, vessels (IMO number) and banks.
- Introduction and direct contract between buyer and seller (SPA).
- Payment by documentary letter of credit (UCP 600) or SBLC from a first-class bank, never upfront fees.
- Independent inspection at load and discharge (SGS, Intertek, Saybolt or equivalent): quantity and quality certificates, certificate of origin, bill of lading.
Compliance Commitment
- We comply with US (OFAC), EU, UK (OFSI), UN, UAE and Panama sanctions and export-control rules.
- We do not broker Russian-origin product, product from sanctioned countries, or deals involving sanctioned persons, entities or vessels.
- No ship-to-ship transfers used to disguise origin, no AIS-dark vessels, no altered documents.
- Each cargo must have documented origin back to the refinery or field.
- We refuse requests for upfront fees, unverified 'procedures' or proof-of-product schemes that are common in fraud.
- Every deal is screened before introduction, and we use legal counsel where needed.
