Our Product Lines
We act as an independent intermediary: we connect qualified counterparties, coordinate documentation and support transactions through to closing. We never take title to goods.
Energy & Petroleum
Diesel / ULSD, jet fuel, gasoline, LPG, LNG, crude and fuel oil. Brokerage between qualified buyers and established suppliers under fee and NCNDA agreements.
Agriculture
Chopped pecan nuts sourced in Chihuahua, Mexico. Avocado available on request, coming soon.
Mining Finance
Structured financing intermediation for established gold and silver producers, subject to the financing party’s due diligence.

Every transaction follows the same disciplined path, so both sides know exactly where they stand.
- Inquiry and qualification. Product, specification, quantity and destination.
- KYC and documentation. Corporate documents, beneficial owners, bank reference.
- Introduction and contracting. Counterparties contract directly, with closing support.

We work only with identifiable counterparties and require KYC documentation before any introduction. We do not engage in transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, origins or jurisdictions.
